At Deepoo Designers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury purchase. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization Number.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn items in their original packaging with all designer tags, authenticity cards, and protective seals still intact.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.
Quality Check & Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the garment, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
